Opterra20 is a business-development platform operated by LDH Advisors, LLC (dba Stratica20), located in Richmond, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, and mobile number (if you choose to provide it).
  • The business contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activity you enter into the platform.
  • Usage data generated as you use the service, used to operate and improve the platform.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the service — including opportunity scoring, reminders, and managing your own CRM-style data. We do not sell your data.

SMS / Text Messaging

Opterra20 offers optional SMS text-message reminders to registered users. By opting in within your Opterra20 account settings and confirming your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring SMS reminders related to your own business-development activity (such as your daily tasks and contacts to follow up with).

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, or your SMS opt-in/consent data, with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Mobile opt-in information is used solely to deliver the Opterra20 messages you requested.

Message frequency varies but is approximately one message per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages; reply HELP for help. You can also disable SMS reminders in your account settings.

Data sharing

We use service providers (for example, hosting and SMS delivery via Twilio) solely to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. As noted in the SMS section above, we do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Data security
