Acceptance
By accessing or using Opterra20, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Opterra20 is a business-development and relationship-management platform provided by LDH Advisors, LLC (dba Stratica20).
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and the data you enter, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, or use the service to send unlawful, spam, or otherwise unauthorized messaging.
SMS
SMS reminders are optional and opt-in. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS section of our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscription & billing
The service is provided on a subscription basis in accordance with the customer’s agreement. Pricing and plan details are set out in the customer’s signed proposal.
Intellectual property
Opterra20, Stratica20, and related marks, along with the software and platform, are owned by LDH Advisors, LLC. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these terms or the customer agreement.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LDH Advisors, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the customer agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
